Welcome to My Personal Page
I'm joining hundreds of others participating in the Bike to Beat Cancer, a one day cycling event to benefit Norton Cancer Institute. I want to make a difference for the thousands of people in our community touched by cancer.

WHY I RIDE: “Honor my wife: Diana Mae Hilgartner 21 Sep 1959 to 25 July 2018.”
I have been blessed to have Diana in my life, we have been through a lot these last 32 years, and planned to have many many more.
In May 2017, Diana was planning to have a minor surgical procedure, when the world crashed in, a mass was discovered in her lung. We found out the mass was Stage III Squamous Cell Carcinoma. From there, our lives became a blur that included four treatment plans ranging from Chemo to radiation to immunotherapy.
By July 2018, Diana’s health further declined, until God blessed her, peacefully taking her home.
Diana and her Oncology team at the E.C. Green Cancer Center in Hopkinsville fought hard and valiant, Diana never giving up the fight. Her love is felt in our hearts every day.
As Diana’s soulmate and caregiver, 2019 will be my second honor ride. Please support my efforts to build awareness and a little bit of hope! Thank you in advance for your help.
